  Torridon hillwalks and scrambles

Guided routes up the Torridon peaks

Days : 2   Max guide to client ratio : 1:6   Cost : £90

Dates: March 24-25

Spend two days on high ridges reaching Munro summits above Glen Torridon.

We've organised these superb days out involving some terrific ridge-walking and scrambling. We'll take in some of the finest peaks, including those on Beinn Alligin, Beinn Eighe and possibly Liathach and Beinn Dearg. On the way, we'll scramble along some excellent quartzite and sandstone ridges and visit the hidden and spectacular Coire Mhic Fhearchair.

Suggested intinerary :
Day 1 :  Beinn Alligin including a scramble over the Horns of Alligin
Day 2 :  Beinn Eighe returning via the spectacular Coire Mhic Fhearchair

The above is a suggested outline, but depending on numbers and desire of those involved, we are hoping to offer alternatives which include adding in Beinn Dearg and other outlying subsiduary peaks, or Liathach and the Am Fasarinen Pinnacles.

We can offer an option of easier routes avoiding the Horns (or the Am Fasarinen Pinnacles on Liathach) for those just wanting to bag the Munros, or should the weather deterioate.

Perhaps you'd just like to scramble up one of these routes and would prefer to join for part of the trip - individual days are £60 per person. Alternatively, you may have a specific requirement in the area - we can also arrange this.

We'll be staying at Torridon Youth Hostel (from £16.50 per night), but we can also suggest, recommend or arrange other accommodation should you require. Whether you'd prefer campsite, guest house or hotel, let us know ! We can also offer pickup and return from Edinburgh and Perth for shared cost of fuel.
