Am Faochagach
Above the northern shores of Loch Glascarnoch, a series of rolling hills lead up to Am Faochagach and fine views over the Inverlael Munros.

With heather clad lower slopes and grass-covered crests higher up, Am Faochagach is the highest point on a series of rounded shoulders overlooking Loch Glascarnoch and Strath Vaich.
Standing in a fairly isolaed position, most walkers will opt to bag Am Faochagach on its own on a direct route starting from the western end of Loch Glascarnoch or a slightly longer approach from Strath Vaich. Am Faochagach can be combined with some of the Inverlael hills, taking boots onto less frequented terrain.
