Sitting in Assynt between mighty Conival and complex Quinag, Glas Bheinn is a rugged little Corbett peak, topped in quartzite blocks.
Although linked to the Conival by a high-level plateau and ridges, most hillwalkers will most likely prefer to bag its summit from the highest point on the nearby A894. This makes for a short afternoon hike giving time to perhaps aim up other peaks in the day. Glas Bheinn does afford some of the finest views in the area from its summit.
