At the head of Glen Lochay and overlooking Glen Dochart, Beinn nan Imirean is a grass-covered Corbett neighbouring the Munro of Meall Glas.

Standing at the head of Glen Lochay, Beinn nan Imirean is a grass-covered Corbett overlooking both Glen Lochay and Glen Dochart. Fairly uniform slopes rise to a broad summit area, giving the mountain a somewhat pyramidal appearance when viewed from the north.
Beinn nan Imirean is most readily approached from Glen Lochay, where estate tracks lead deep into the glen to the base of the hill. After fording the upper reaches of the River Lochay, a further track climbs onto the mountain's northern shoulder, leaving a relatively short ascent over grass-covered slopes to the summit.
To the east, a bealach lying around 150m below the summit links Beinn nan Imirean with neighbouring Meall Glas.
