Tucked behind The Cairnwell and Carn Aosda and quite well hidden from roadside view, Carn a'Gheoidh is a grass-covered, flat-topped Munro.
There's a well-defined track heading up from Spittal of Glenshee up the hill's southern shoulder should you want a direct ascent or wish to include the Corbett Ben Gulabin. Carn a'Gheoidh's minor top, the conical summit of Carn Bhinnein, is worthy of a detour.
Head in from Glenshee Ski Centre and there's much less ascent and there's the bonus option to include other Munros on the hike.
