Leana Mhòr is a little Fiona hill guarding the entrance to Glen Roy. Formed of heather clad slopes for the most part, with a wide flat grass covered summit crest, its most interesting feature is Coire Bohaskey with its narrow and steep sided gorge lower down.

Leana Mhòr can be tagged onto a route up Càrn Dearg. Alternatively, if river levels are low, it can be hiked on its own approaching from Coire Bohaskey.
