A steep westerly facing flank and a bouldery crest hide gentle grass-covered slopes that connect Meall nan Ceapraichean to its more impressive neighbours Beinn Dearg and Cona' Mheall.
To bag Meall nan Ceapraichean, most hillwalkers will hike up the stalkers paths through Gleann na Sguaib onto bealachs either side of the hill. With a drop of just over 100m between Meall nan Ceapraichean and Bealach an Lochain Uaine below Beinn Dearg, most walkers will opt to climb these Munros in one outing, possibly adding other nearby peaks.
