Just west of the Five Sisters of Kintail, lonely Sgùrr an Airgid stands overlooking the head of Loch Duich. Due to the isolated position of Sgùrr an Airgid, the views from the summit are quite breaktaking.
Sgùrr an Airgid will most likely be hiked up on its own, with the most straightforward route beginning from close to the shores of Loch Duich. This route follows a rough track and a boot-worn trod up Sgùrr an Airgid's south-facing slopes and around its eastern shoulder onto the hill's summit.
