At the eastern end of the Strathfarrar Munro circuit, Sgùrr na Ruaidhe is a grass-covered lump of a hill overlooking the head of Loch Orrin.

Standing overlooking Strathfarrar and Glen Orrin, Sgùrr na Ruaidhe is a grass-covered hill overlooking the head of Loch Orrin.
Sgùrr na Ruaidhe is most likely to be climbed on a route with the other Strathfarrar Munros. As part of a clockwise circuit on these hills, Sgùrr na Ruaidhe is the final peak, leaving a rather damp descent for the return to the roadside.
