Càrn Gorm, Glen Lyon
Càrn Gorm, the most distinctive of four Munros above Glen Lyon, has a broad ridge leading to a flat summit often corniced on its eastern side in winter.

Forests cover the lower ground south of Càrn Gorm, above which grass covers most of the mountain's slopes. Rocky further up, fine views are had from its summit.
Most people approach Càrn Gorm from Invervar in Glen Lyon. This leads through North Chesthill Estate, which for many years has been the focus of access issues.
