Surrounded by higher and more imposing hills, An Sithean is a forgotten Corbett peak hiding in a remote area where the glens of Strathconnon, Strathfarrar and Gleann Uig meet.

The stalkers paths on An Sithean help access this Corbett, though many sections of these paths are now overgrown and quite indistinct. Being situated equi-distanced from the roadside at Achnaschellach, Strathconon and Monar Dam, there are a few route options to bag this lonely Corbett !

Routes up An Sithean

Bac an Eich and An Sithean

Bac an Eich and An Sithean are grass covered Corbetts tucked away in a remote area between Loch Monar and Strathconon. Old stalkers paths help access, though higher up, navigation can be challenging on the pathless wide summit plateaux.
