Just scraping into the Munros table by a few metres, Meall na Teanga is a prominent peak overlooking Loch Lochy in the Great Glen.
Most hillwalkers will approach Meall na Teanga from Kilfinnan near Laggan Locks, most likely bagging Sron a' Choire Ghairbh on the same hike and possibly taking in the nearby Corbett of Ben Tee. If not intending to head up Ben Tee, a fine alternative route that bags Meall na Teanga along with Sron a' Choire Ghairbh begins from the Mile Dorcha, the short stretch of wooded land between the heads of Loch Garry and Loch Arkaig.
