Above Spittal of Glenshee, Glas Tulaichean is a prominent Munro mountain with a fine track all the way from Dalmunzie Hotel to the summit.

With a fine estate-track heading all the way from Dalmunzie Hotel to its summit, Glas Tulaichean is one of the easiest Munros to bag.
If you prefer to hike over some other peaks along with Glas Tulaichean on the same outing, then approaching from Inverey through Glen Ey on a fine track makes for an excellent day out.
Early June sees the annual race from Dalmunzie along the track to Glas Tulaichean's summit - an uphill race, one of only two in Scotland, the other being Aonach Mòr in Lochaber.
