Bruach na Frithe is considered the easiest Munro on Skye and offers a straightforward ascent from the Fairy Pools in Glenbrittle or from Sligachan. Its summit marks a distinct change in direction for the Black Cuillin ridge, shifting from north-south to west-east.
Bruach na Frithe's summit provides one of the finest viewpoints in the Cuillin, with a spectacular panorama down the southern Black Cuillin. Notably, it has the only trig point in the entire range. On clear days, the views are breathtaking, making it a rewarding climb without the technical difficulties of other Cuillin peaks.
