Luinne Bheinn is a remote Munro standing on the edge of the Knoydart peninsula. Lying on a chain of peaks encircling Loch an Dubh-Lochain and flanked by Ladhar Bheinn and Meall Buidhe, Luinne Bheinn's summit ridge is rocky and rough.

There are various approaches to Luinne Bheinn, some easier than others - from Souries Bothy to the south, from the western end of Loch Cuaich over the Mam Unndalain, from Barrisdale Bay to the north or from Inverie in the Knoydart peninsula. The latter is the easiest using decent estate tracks to reach the pass of Mam Barrisdale at the north-western shoulder of Luinne Bheinn - this direction allows for Meall Buidhe to be added in on a circular hike.
